Damage, loss, and charges
You agree that any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or breakage caused by you or your guests may be charged to you. This may include, without limitation, repair or replacement costs, specialist cleaning, and any loss of revenue where the villa cannot be sold due to damage.
Where a payment card has been provided during booking or check-in, you expressly authorize us to charge that card for such amounts, after reasonable notice is provided to you and details of the charges have been explained.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay where behavior is unlawful, unsafe, disruptive, or causes distress to others without liability to provide compensation.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all visa, health, and travel requirements.
We strongly recommend obtaining adequate travel insurance before arrival.
